Size: This well-established community is comprised of approximately 938 homes, thoughtfully spread across a large, nature-filled landscape. A significant portion of the land is dedicated to nature preserves and wetlands, creating a spacious and open feel.

Security: Highland Lakes prioritizes the safety and security of its residents. It is a gated community with manned security at the entrance, ensuring a private and secure living environment for all homeowners.

Home Types: Highland Lakes offers a diverse selection of single-family homes and attached villas. Construction took place between 1990 and 1999, so all homes are available on a resale basis. Monthly HOA fee is approximately $165 for the master association. There is an additional fee of $795 monthly in the Condo/Villa properties.
